Overview

Chester Step Fitness test - often used in wind turbine renewables medicals. Done over WhatsApp video. You will need a step of a suitable size (15 or 20cm) as well as a device to measure your heart rate such as a smart watch or pulse oximeter. Remember to bring your previous medical certificate if you have one as well as original photographic ID (passport, discharge book or driver licence). Please also bring any glasses or medication. If you have a pre-existing medical condition we may require further evidence from your doctor.
