MEDICAL INFORMATION
The medicals last 30 minutes and consist of a comprehensive medical history, physical examination (including eyesight and hearing) and urine test.
Remember to bring your previous ENG1 medical certificate (if you have one) as well as original photographic ID (passport, discharge book or driver licence). Please also bring any glasses or medication.
If you have an ongoing medical condition, we may require further information from your doctor.
PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU REQUIRE AN ML5 OR CRUISE LINE MEDICAL YOU MUST BRING THE FORM WITH YOU.
